Shipping & Returns

We at Sandal Cosmetics understand the importance of Returns & Replacements when it comes to shopping online. But, in order to avoid fraudulent activities, following conditions must be met to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer:

  • Returns & replacement policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered.
  • Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery date via our Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Email Address channel. Any claim raised after 7 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Claimed item must not be unsealed / opened / used and should stay in its original packaging & condition.
  • Replacement will only be issued against claims that are posted back to our warehouse in 7 days of delivery date. Once the return is received and analyzed by quality assurance team, replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation
  • The items being returned are customers’ responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so should be properly packed to avoid delivery damages.
  • Replacement of same product & shade will be preferred. A different product or shade is not encouraged for replacement – please report the case in detail to Customer Service team for any possibility.

Delivery Time:

Our delivery time nationwide is 3-5 working days, after the order has been confirmed. The delivery time of all orders is subject to change depending on weather and public safety conditions.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping will be charged according to the weight of the parcel.
